Where are you located?

Gloss Hair Haus is a private suite located inside of Quaintrelle Collective. Our address is 150 Carleton Rd in Campbell Park, St Albert.

Very easy access from the Anthony Henday, Campbell Park exit.

Where can I park and how do I check in?

We have ample free parking right outside of our building, even a handful of reserved spots right by the entrance.

When you arrive, please select ‘Gloss Hair Haus’ on the touch screen and grab a seat once you have signed in. I will be alerted and meet you in the front room!

What is your cancellation policy

Although we do not require deposits, we do require a 48 Hour cancellation notice. Failure to do so may result in not being able to book a future appointment without paying a cancellation fee and possibly your next appointment cost upfront.

Can I bring another person to my appointment?

Unless discussed ahead of time, we ask that you do not bring any guests to the appointment, including children, friends and significant others. We have a compact suite and only so much space, thank you for understanding.

Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?

Gloss Hair Haus is for everyone. We strive to be a comfortable and supportive space for all guests

I bought a hot tool from you and it broke- what do I do?

All of our Hot Tools have a one year warranty - if you return it to the salon we can arrange for a replacement.
